Is there a limit to how many times I can update App Store metadata?

No hard limit on metadata-only updates (title, subtitle, keyword field, screenshots, description) since these can typically be changed without a new binary submission, but each change still goes through App Review, and excessive churn can make it harder to isolate which change affected ranking or conversion.

Apple does not publish a numeric cap on metadata updates. The practical constraint is App Review turnaround time and the difficulty of attributing ranking or conversion changes when several fields change at once.

A more disciplined cadence — change one or two variables per update, wait long enough to observe a stable trend, then iterate — produces more usable signal than frequent all-at-once metadata rewrites, even though nothing technically prevents the latter.
